SKEW Magazine is Level Ground’s experimental art + dialogue magazine; an annual Black art and dialogue print publication with an accompanying digital hub that is cooperatively owned by the curators and artists featured in each issue. From poetry to artwork, photography, essays and more, SKEW features exciting, new, thought-provoking work from Black artists across the Diaspora.
Featuring over 40 Black, primarily queer artists and their poetry, photography, interviews, and more, you don't want to miss SKEW 04: Black Embodiment.
As always, this issue includes a syllabus, Digital Hub, and all proceeds get redistributed back to the contributing artists (i.e. Level Ground doesn't make any money from SKEW sales).
Reneice Charles is the Level Ground Staff artist currently running SKEW Magazine as its Editor-in-Chief. A new team of curators is hired to bring each issue to life.
