Vince Staples is an American rapper and lyricist known for his sharp wit. Born in Compton, California in 1993 and raised in Long Beach, Staples started rapping as a teenager and became known for his appearances on Odd Future projects. His style blends West Coast, alternative, and contemporary rap. Staples has released six albums, four mixtapes, two extended plays, and 25 singles.
